At INDO ARABIA AROMATICS, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, including product, quantity, size, delivery address, and contact information before confirming the order.

No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted after order confirmation.

In case of a product received in a damaged or incorrect condition, please contact us with the required details and supporting photographs/videos. Such cases may be reviewed separately by our team.
